ABOUT ME
I started my therapy journey with a desire to walk alongside those struggling with mental health concerns. In a society that values individuality, we’re often conditioned to believe we have deal with our mental health concerns alone. However, many people also avoid therapy for fear of sitting in a stuffy room with a prescriptive doctor-style therapist.
That’s not me.
Therapy with me isn’t stuffy or prescriptive; rather, it’s a simple conversation between two people that invites authenticity, fun, joy, sadness, cussing, laughing, and the realness of humanity. I believe in holistic healing, and am happy to engage in spiritual discussion, or include holistic elements like meditation, manifestation, yoga, and breathwork among others. For those in recovery, I am happy to incorporate your stepwork into our work together.

30-Minute Individual Session: $75
1-Hour Individual Session: $125

Thought-Driven
The way you think about yourself and talk about yourself matters! Together, we’ll examine your patterns of self-talk and core beliefs to find any faulty or negative thought loops, and finds way to recreate them.

Eclectic
Therapy isn’t a one-size fits all approach. You’re the expert in your own life, and you deserve therapy that fits your needs, even if it combines multiple therapeutic approaches. In therapy here, we laugh, cuss, and tell it like it is.

Whole Person
My version of therapy is holistic, and sees your “whole person” self rather than just your “symptoms.” We can incorporate art, meditation, breath work, manifestations, crystals, energy healing, nutrition, yoga, and other holistic self-care options into your therapy.
